This app collects nothing about you. There is no account, no sign-in, no identifier of any kind, and no server that holds anything you make. Everything below is a longer way of saying that.

Data not collected

We do not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. Specifically, the app contains:

No account system. You are never asked to register, log in or supply an email address.
No analytics. No usage tracking, no event logging, no crash reporting service, no session recording.
No advertising. No ad networks and no advertising identifier.
No third-party SDKs. Nothing in the app phones an outside service on your behalf.

The camera

The Kit Room and the Stripe Reader can read colours from what the camera sees, so you can pull a palette off a real scarf, shirt or seat. Camera frames are processed entirely on the device and are discarded as soon as the colours are read. No frame is stored, uploaded or retained unless you deliberately save the result as a kit or a tifo, and what is saved then is the colours and the image you chose to keep, held on your device.

You can refuse camera access. Every screen that uses it also accepts a bundled sample image instead, and nothing in the app becomes unreachable.

The microphone

The Voice Take screen can record a short vocal line to lay over a chant. Recordings are written to the app's own storage on your device and stay there. They are never uploaded, never analysed by anything outside the app, and you can delete them from within the app at any time.

The photo library

The app asks for write-only access to your photo library, and only when you choose to export a banner. It cannot read, browse or index your existing photos. The permission exists so a file you made can be saved out.

What stays on the device

Your chants, kits, season results, supporter card, portrait and settings are stored locally. Deleting the app removes all of it. Settings also offers Delete all data, which clears the same material without removing the app.

Network

The app makes one optional request at startup, to fetch the current version of this policy document. It carries no identifier, no payload and nothing about you. If it fails, or if you are offline, the copy bundled inside the app is shown instead.

Children

The app is suitable for general audiences and collects no data from anybody, of any age.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version ships with an app update and, where the hosted copy is reachable, appears on this page.
